Tomomi Aoyama graduated from Tokyo Woman’s Christian University with a degree in Japanese Literature. She began her career in the food department of a major department store, where she was involved in planning and producing promotional materials for five years.In 2004, she launched her career as a freelance writer and restaurant PR consultant, contributing to various food magazines and online media. Since 2011, she has managed public relations and web editing for a long-established restaurant.In 2014, she co-founded Courageous Navy LLC, where she continues to specialize in editorial work, writing, restaurant PR, and event planning.

Megumi Kida graduated from Vantan Design Institute and started her career in the apparel industry, focusing on sales promotions. She was responsible for planning and designing store interiors and displays for over 100 locations nationwide.Later, she transitioned into the food consulting industry, where she specialized in creating promotional materials and display designs for manufacturers and restaurants. In 2008, she became an independent designer, and in 2014, she co-founded Courageous Navy LLC. Her specialties include packaging, menu book, and signage design for cafés, restaurants, long-standing establishments, and patisseries.
